The Ultimate Player Development & IDP Platform for Modern Soccer Clubs

Empower your players, coaches, and staff with data-driven insights and a truly multi-tenant experience.

What is IDP Tool?

IDP Tool helps soccer clubs run Individual Development Plans. Coaches score players on their position and key-quality traits, players self-assess, and the tool turns it into goals, a training plan, and a shareable development report that tracks each player's progress across the season.

① Set up

Create your club, then add your teams and players.

② Assess

Coaches score players; players submit a Self-IDP by link — no login needed.

③ Plan

Set goals and a 4-week training cycle, with built-in suggestions from the player's gaps.

④ Track & share

Re-score at checkpoints, then export or send a branded IDP to players and parents.
